Lastly, something to mount it on. You could literally just strap on some kind of 6’ pole to your bike however you can, or pick up one of these bicycle flags…

So put the flag pole on the bike, tie the LED strip to the pole, and attach the power pack somewhere on the back of your bike (like under the seat) to power it all.
