Which is 750gph, although it wont really do that because the header tubes wont permit that much flow. I liked it because it pulls only 3 amps, and has the float switch built in.

My plan is to do the foam ring like you did, but no cake pan, just setting two rings of head tubes on top of the media to let it be soaked. By ensuring a good seal around the media I think I shouldn’t have to worry about a lid, to cake pan seal because the only way for air to be drawn up will be through the media…
