You can charge single smaller batteries with the NOCO but it may take longer than expected because it will spend more time trickle charging instead of bulk charging at high amps.

Some final unsolicited advice: Please use some type fusing right at the battery. ATC style ones are better than clear inline glass styles. A shorted battery can do serious bodily harm or start fires.
