I went with the 70% shade but if I had to do over I would go with the 90%.

Oh and one other item. This type of tent can have a pretty good cross section into the wind. You need to stake it down pretty well. This either means lag bolts at least 14” in diameter or rebar. Don’t mess about on this as the stakes they include are completely inadequate in these conditions. As you are so close to the event, I suspect rebar is going to be your choice. If so bring a set of vice grips to make the removal afterwards easier.
