For clothes, I heard of one lady organizing them in a hanging shoe pocket organizer, so she can see at a glance what she has and it stays organized. I also bought these Rick Steves packing cubes which I hope will work for organizing undies, socks, dirty laundry, etc.

Still have no idea what to do about bikes.
