Lag Screws, they are Amazon for smaller Quantities. Go to HD or Lowes and have them cut up chain links in three link sections. Slide the lag screws, with a large washer into one link, Hook a rachet strap the the other end.

Like this. It only has two links and no washer. This one shows the ratchet strap connected. As you can see it leaves nothing to stub you toe/feet like rebar does.

Harbor Freight has orange 1” x 15ft ratchet straps. They go on sale now and again for $4.99 for a set of four.

You can screw them in with a ratchet/socket/speed wrench by hand or grab an impact wrench. You will need a ⁹⁄₁₆” Deep socket, get the dull black, impact rated versions.
