Why we love it?
I ordered a set of these for our window and liked them so much we ordered two more sets for the other windows. The nice thing is, they are automatic - once you turn them on they stay on for 6 hours, then go off for 18 hours, then back on again. No worries about turning them on before you go out or go to bed and forget to turn them off. YES! They are waterproof :-)

They are pretty awesome. One set of batteries will last all week. They’re bright, have a couple of different blinky patterns to suit your mood, and the strand is 25’ long. I just ordered a second set for this year.

——* /u/dirkwork on /r/BurningMan For last year’s burn, I sewed my girlfriend and I some White Fur, LED scarves that turned out great. First I bought these. Then I took them to Michael’s Craft store and tested them out with different white furs. I picked one I liked and sewed it into a tube, with the fuzzy part on the inside of the tube. Then I sewed the LED lights to the seam of the tube, and made a pocket at one end for the battery pack. I pulled it inside out and viola!
